Within the boundaries of distance and borders, there have always been some difficulties when collaborating with like-minded souls around planet Earth. However, these barriers are more manageable. Collaborations with musicians and artists of other art forms in different cultures are always thrilling and lead to other creative avenues, inspiring us to push the boundaries of our own creativity.
However, now, more than ever, it’s much easier to collaborate over distance. This panel will discuss and explore how we do that, looking at innovative projects like One Giant Leap and Playing for Change. They will also discuss how this might evolve with multimedia and recording options as they stand today and how they will develop. Also, they will give a basic explanation of what’s available right now and how the tech works.
