Im Rahmen des von Creative Europe finanzierten Projekts „Moving Classics: Sonic Bridges“ werden Komponist:innen aus der EU, dem Balkan oder anderen Creative Europe-Ländern eingeladen, sich dem Kreativteam in Island anzuschließen. Es handelt sich um eine bezahlte Residency, in der neurodivergente Identitäten durch Film, Sound und Zusammenarbeit erforscht werden.
As part of our Creative Europe funded project Moving Classics: Sonic Bridges we’re inviting composers based in the EU, Balkans, or other Creative Europe countries to join our creative team in Iceland. This is a paid residency exploring neurodivergent identities through film, sound, and collaboration.

Fee: €5,000 + Travel & Accommodation
What’s on offer
- Create an original score for a 10–15 minute film as part of the second Moving Classics: Sonic Bridges commission.
- Work alongside a filmmaker and writer in Iceland.
- Approx. 10-day residency in Iceland (two visits, dates flexible within late 2025/2026).
- Film completed by Spring 2027.
- Artist fee: €5,000 + travel & accommodation.
Who we’re looking for
• Composers based in the EU, Balkans, or other Creative Europe countries
• We’re especially encouraging applications from composers with lived experience of neurodivergence.
