DESCRIPTION:\n\nMusical Bodies – eine monatliche Serie für Tanz &amp\; M
 usik\n\nDie Tänzerin und Choreografin Naïma Mazic wählt eine:n Wiener T
 änzer:in und eine:n Wiener Jazzmusiker:in aus\, die den Auftrag erhalten\
 , gemeinsam ein Duett von mindestens 30 und maximal 45 Minuten zu kreieren
 .\n\nDie Aufgabe besteht darin\, unbekannte Wege in der Kommunikation von 
 Tanz und Musik zu beschreiten\, einen nicht-hierarchischen Dialog zwischen
  dem Seh- und Hörbaren herzustellen und mindestens einmal einen gemeinsam
 en Puls zu teilen. Es steht den Künstler:innen frei\, ob und wie viel sie
  proben und recherchieren möchten oder ob sie sich erst am Tag der Perfor
 mance begegnen. Nach der Performance findet ein 7-minütiges Publikumsgesp
 räch statt\, in dem die Zuschauer:innen teilen können\, was sie wahrgeno
 mmen haben.\n\nMUSICAL BODIES von more2rhythm ist eine monatliche Serie f
 ür Tanz und Musik im Jahr 2026 in der Strengen Kammer\n\nEinnahmen werden
  an eine karitative Einrichtung gespendet.\n\nBita Bell is a dance artist\
 , writer\, and composer based in Vienna. Her practice is grounded in the c
 oncept of the body as an archive\, focusing on the intersections of collec
 tive memory and individual narrative. Her recent performance\, The Sun Is 
 Gone\, premiered at and in co-production with Tanzquartier Wien. Her next 
 piece\, Our Moon Never Stops\, will premiere at and in co-production with 
 studio brut wien.\n\nKenji Herbert is a Vienna-based guitarist\, composer\
 , and improvising musician. Raised in Osaka and Kobe\, Japan\, and shaped 
 by a decade in Brooklyn’s creative music scene\, his work invites sponta
 neous dialogues between seemingly disparate musical and aesthetic worlds\,
  resulting in a sound that resists easy categorization\, yet feels at home
  in a wide range of contexts.\n\nHe leads a trio with Vinicius Cajado and 
 Lukas König\, whose debut album A Million Forests of the Fall (Unit Recor
 ds\, 2024) received the Austrian Jazz Prize for Album of the Year. The pro
 ject weaves a compelling narrative that draws on influences from indie roc
 k to ambient soundscapes\, brought to life through the trio’s dynamic in
 terplay. His previous releases include As If For Now (Urchin Records\, 202
 1) and The Way the Light Falls (Inner Circle Music\, 2016).\n\nHerbert co-
 leads The Scruffy Herberts with Peter Herbert\, as well as a trio with Jor
 dina Milla and Sofia Labropoulou. He is a member of Andras Dés Quartet\, 
 Matthew Halpin Group\, and Georgia Weber’s Sleeved Hearts\, and contribu
 ted to Grammy Award–winning artist Arooj Aftab’s breakthrough album Vu
 lture Prince (New Amsterdam\, 2021). Along with Keisuke Matsuno\, he was f
 eatured in Misaki Matsui’s 2017 documentary “mit Kenji &amp\; Keisuke
